Their vivid colors, stripes
and patterns
are full of whimsy
and
interesting designs
Aren’t they just dazzling to behold?
I want to touch
every flower, but please don’t tell anyone.
Its my private joy to be in the presence

Thanks Noel for sharing this fabulous place. Those Dahlias are simply magnificent. Each is a beauty in its own right, but that creamy white one with red streaks really caught my eye.

Wow! I've never lived anywhere that Dahlias grow so am not really familiar with them. They are amazing. As such a wonderful photographer, I can see why they are captivating to you and the camera!

"Taffy and summertime"--what a terrific way to remember dahlias! We're transitioning into the season of chrysanthemums, but they don't seem to have quite the same excitement as dahlias. Happy bloomday!
dahlias are so beautiful. My mother always grew them in England and saved the corms each year. I so wish we could also grow them. Thanks for bringing them into my house on bloom day.

These are gorgeous. I expected to see something more tropical what with the name of your blog. Ha.. I love daliahs. I don't know why I don't grow them....oh yes, now I remember. They have to be dug up before the ground freezes. Seeing these makes me think it would almost be worth the effort.Happy GBBD.
